Badhaai Do song Gol Gappa: Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar celebrate life in the peppy track

Written and directed by Harshavardhan Kulkarni, the forthcoming comedy-drama film is set to release on the big screens on February 11.

The makers of Badhaai Do have dropped another peppy song after releasing the title track of the film. The latest song titled Gol Gappa has been sung by Neha Kakkar and Amit Trivedi, while the latter has also composed the music. The lyrics have been penned by Anvita Dutt.

The groovy track begins with a black and white montage, where Rajkummar Rao can be seen tapping his feet on the song with some goofy steps on the stage. Bhumi Pednekar enters the huge hall with no audience and joins the lead actor and other performers on the stage. The lead couple can be seen doing the rounds in a carnival inside a big mansion and dancing together during the entire song.

The lead hero took his latest track to Instagram and shared it with a quirky caption that reads, Golgappa Celebrate the Carnival called Life with the #GolGappa song. #GolGappa song is Out Now! #BadhaaiDoInCinemas on 11th Feb (sic)."

Bhumi shared the track through her Instagram handle as well mentioned in the caption that life is like a carnival.

Badhaai Do also adds some of the great talents from the industry including Sheeba Chadha, Seema Pahwa along with Shashi Bhushan, Chum Darang, Lovleen Mishra and Nitish Pandey.

The highly-anticipated film is set to explore the sensitive topic of homosexuality in the country from a new and fresh perspective, where both the lead casts are homosexual.
