Jaccky Bhagnani reveals the much-awaited date of the trailer launch of Akshay Kumar-Tiger Shroff’s Bade Miyan Chote Miyan
A few years ago, two of Bollywood’s top-rung actors, Amitabh Bachchan and Govinda, stormed the silver screens and made a place in everyone’s hearts with their laugh-riot ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’. Just as everyone was eagerly waiting for the film’s sequel, there came another film by the same name. This time around, it was the awesome twosome jodi of Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff who will be spearheading the film, for whose release date everyone is waiting with bated breath.
As per a news report in Bollywood Hungama, the much-awaited release date of Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff starrer Bade Miyan Chote Miyan has been decided as March 26. In the same report, it was stated that the revelation of the film’s release date was done by the film’s producer, Jackky Bhagnani, who also touched a bit on the film’s promotional plans.
Speaking about that, Jackky said that the makers are planning to go full throttle with the ‘Wallah Habibi’ track. And, as for the reason behind the film’s promotions starting at the end of January this year for the film that has been scheduled to be released in April, he said that a mere four weeks might not be enough for the kind of penetration plans that they had in store for the film and its publicity.
While touching upon any possible comparisons between the present film (with Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff) and that of Amitabh Bachchan and Govinda, Jaccky Bhagnani said that he was glad for the fact that parallels were not drawn with the 1998 film of the same name. He also further explained that his film (starring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff) happens to be an out-and-out action with comedy, unlike the Amitabh Bachchan, Govinda starrer film by the same name, which was a comedy-action film.
