Producer Vashu Bhagnani and his son Jackky Bhagnani of Pooja Entertainment have been mired in controversy. It has been alleged that the production house has not cleared the dues of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan crew members. Director Ali Abbas Zafar filed a complaint against the production company for non-payment of dues. In return, the Bhagnanis accused him of 'misappropriation of funds'. Amid this, producer Ramesh Taurani has come out in support of Vashu Bhagnani.

In an interview with The Indian Express, Ramesh Taurani shared his thoughts about Vashu Bhagnani's Bade Miyan Chote Miyan controversy. Taurani, the co-founder of Tips Industries, expressed his disbelief over this matter and hoped that the issue would be resolved soon.

"Whatever happened will be cleared up and they will move forward. I don’t think he’s the kind of producer who would do something like this. He’s been around since 1995. I have never heard of him doing something like this with anyone’s money before. I think it’s a misunderstanding, and they’ll make sure it’s sorted out," said Ramesh, in support of Vashu Bhagnani.

Although the Bhgananis filed a complaint against Ali Abbas Zafar and his business partners, the filmmaker has received support from BMCM's cast and crew. Amid this ongoing row, BMCM actor Ronit Roy also revealed that his payment for the film was delayed.

However, the actor received the same with the help of Ali's associate Himanshu Mehra. Roy mentioned to Zoom that he was supposed to get the money from Vashu, but he received the same after Mehra intervened.
