Cinephiles, who were a little disappointed with the lack of updates from team Leo, got the shock of their lives when it was officially announced that the movie's audio launch was canceled. However, the makers assured that they would make up for the same by coming up with interesting updates.
Vijay reciprocated Shah Rukh Khan's love on Twitter the other day and left his fans pacified and thrilled. Many of his fans assumed that the gesture was just the beginning in terms of providing a surprise for them. As expected, the makers followed it up by announcing the second single.
Badass, the second single from Leo, is sure to slowly grow on music buffs
The team unveiled the much-awaited second single now. Titled Badass, it has lyrics penned by Vishnu Edavan while Anirudh Ravichander has crooned the song apart from composing it. A promo of the song was out yesterday night, leaving fans euphoric.
Director Lokesh Kanagaraj has expressed his obsession with rap songs earlier and he has recreated one now with Anirudh's talent. The lyrics are sure to be celebrated by Vijay's fans. The lines narrate the characteristics of Leo Das, the character essayed by the star in the movie. Though the song is not a fast-paced number like the first single Naa Ready, it has a chance to slowly grow on film buffs like the composer's Jujubee from Jailer.
All eyes are on the next update
Fans who were awaiting an update were almost sure that the makers would unveil the second single soon. The biggest mystery now is the next update the team is planning to come up with.
