New posters of Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri, and Ammy Virk from Bad Newz are now out.
After entertaining us with the hit film Good Newwz in 2019, Dharma Productions is back with another comedy drama titled Bad Newz. The film, which has already become the talk of the town boasts a star-studded cast, featuring Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri, and Ammy Virk. According to the makers of the film, Bad Newz promises a hilarious on-screen drama. Today, the makers have announced the trailer release date of the film with brand new posters.
On June 25, Karan Johar took to his social media handle to share the big news of the trailer announcement with new-look posters of the lead cast. The trio is introduced in these posters with their characters from the film - Vicky Kaushal as Akhil Chadha, Triptii Dimri as Saloni, and Ammy Virk as Gurbir Paaji. The trailer of the film will be out this Friday, i.e. on June 28, 2024.
Sharing the posters, KJo wrote - “Meet the trio-uble makers bringing the #BadNewz this season! Akhil Chadha...sab toh vadda! Saloni, who is ready to take the test!? Gurbir paaji - rola pai gaya ji! TRAILER OUT THIS FRIDAY!In cinemas 19th July,” Additionally, the post was teased with a musical dash of the title track of the film.

For the uninitiated, Bad Newz is made by the same makers who were behind the hit film, Good Newwz. The comedy-drama film starred Kareena Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Kiara Advani, and Diljit Dosanjh and was appreciated by the audience as well as critics. Bad Newz, on the other hand, is jointly written by Ishita Moitra and Tarun Dudeja, and the film is directed by Anand Tiwari. It is produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Amritpal Singh Bindra, and Anand Tiwari are serving as film producers.
Bad Newz will be released in theaters next month on Jul 19, 2024.
