Baahubali writer KV Vijayendra Prasad promises Alia would outshine everyone in RRR despite cameo

RRR will mark Alia Bhatt's debut in Tollywood.

Alia Bhatt is all set to make her cameo in SS Rajamouli’s upcoming project RRR. The actress is the only Bollywood actress who is part of the movie.

KV Vijendra Prasad, who had written the script for Baahubali and has also penned RRR, promised that the actress will outshine everyone and appear in every scene even if she just has a cameo in the film.

On Alitho Saradaga’s talk show, he revealed, "Alia Bhatt is a surprising package in 'RRR'. Though her screen time is less, she dominates everyone with her performance in all her scenes."

Roudram Ranam Rudhiram aka RRR sees Ram Charan and Jr. NTR in the lead roles. Alia romances Ram Charan’s character Alluri Sitarama Raju in the movie.

She plays the role of Sita. Ever since Alia’s first look from the film released, viewers haven’t been able to stop talking about it. The actress was also seen in a promotional video for the film. She spoke in Telugu throughout the video, leaving fans in awe of her.

Jr. NTR will be seen in the role of Komaram Bheem in the magnum opus. The film will also see Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn in a cameo.

Interestingly, RRR would also mark Alia and Ajay’s debut in the Tollywood cinema.

Meanwhile, Hollywood actors Olivia Morris, Ray Stevenson, and Alison Doody are playing crucial roles in this movie.

The film was under production till COVID-19 lockdown was announced. SS Rajamouli is yet to shoot two songs for the movie, before deciding on a release date.

DVV Danayya under DVV Entertainments banner is bankrolling the project. While RRR will release in theatres first, Zee5 has acquired rights to stream the film on their OTT platform.
