Azaad Twitter review
Ajay Devgn and Diana Penty starrer Azaad has been released on the big screens. It marks the Bollywood debut of Raveena Tandon's daughter Rasha Thadani and Ajay's nephew Aaman Devgan. Directed by Abhishek Kapoor, the historical drama also features Mohit Malik, and Piyush Mishra in important roles. After receiving immense love for the trailer and the songs, let's see what netizens think about the newbies and the film:
The story revolves around a majestic black horse named Azaad that showcases its loyalty to Ajay Devgn's character, a dacoit. A young stable boy attempts to build a bond with the horse but things don't work in his favor. However, when both of them come together in the backdrop of rebellion in 1920s India, the young boy's quest to ride Azaad becomes a journey of courage, awakening him to his own power during the country's fight for freedom. The trailer looked quite powerful and people were looking forward to the film's release.
Since the film was released in theatres today, January 17, netizens took to social media and shared their views on it. One user wrote, "Forget about the so called loud & biggies ...go for small but beautiful film #Azaad ...i bet u will be go back home with happiness ....lovely @ajaydevgn." Another user wrote, "#AzaadReview MVP Azaad Last Race Scene Was Good Animal & Human Compassion."
One of the tweets also read, "Director @Abhishekkapoor introduces two new talents in #Azaad: #AamanDevgan and @RashaThadani. @ajaydevgn in a pivotal role with @DianaPenty and @ItsMohitMalik who did a good job. @RashaThadani #AamanDevgan good work on your acting. Both of you were decent. And please tell #AamanDevgan to get a social media account. @ItsMohitMalik sir really good job. I hated your character more than I loved the film. @ajaydevgn gave the start to the movie but the script and direction did do any justice to the movie. @DianaPenty did good work too. I was surprised by her. Nice improvement ma'am. I felt the actors did a good job. The screenplay, direction really let down the movie."
After ending its theatrical run, the Ajay Devgn starrer will be dropped on Netflix. It will most likely come out on the platform two months after the theatrical run.
