Ayushmann Khurrana's wife Tahira Kashyap drops throwback pics on wedding anniversary, quips 'Making up for wishing you on a wrong date last year'

Bollywood's adorable couple, Ayushmann Khurrana and Tahira Kashyap tied the knot on November 1, 2008, after dating for several years. In 2022, Tahira wished her husband one day before their anniversary and her post went viral on social media. A while ago, Tahira shared a special post, added priceless wedding photos, and also referred to her 2022 anniversary wish.

On November 1, Tahira Kashyap made a collaborative Instagram post with her husband and actor Ayushmann Khurrana on their 16th wedding anniversary. The filmmaker dropped pictures from their wedding including mehendi where the couple looked beautiful.

Sharing the post, she captioned it, "It has been quite a journey! From Shri Ganesh portraits, red zebra flowers as backdrop, contrived poses… kaafi lambi journey rahi hai… Happy Anniversary @ayushmannk ( making up for wishing you on a wrong date last year) “When you celebrate cringe you truly are in love”- Tahira"

Reacting to the post, Vikrant Massey wrote, "Happy Anniversary you beautiful couple!" Ektaa Kapoor dropped red hearts in the comment section.

Tahira Kashyap's viral anniversary post in 2022

In 2022, Tahira seemingly forgot her wedding date and dropped a post in advance (October 31) to wish his husband. Soon after she shared the post, her friend reminded her that ther anniversary was on November 1 and not on October 31.

Realizing it, Tahira wrote on her Instagram Story, "Anyone who doubted my goldfish memory, here's the proof. My good friend reminded me that my anniversary is tomorrow not today. Not taking down the post kyunki kal bhi toh karna padega. (Not taking it down because would have to post tomorrow as well.) Sorry  Ayushmann, I tried though."

On the other hand, Ayushmann Khurrana posted Tahira's confession and wrote, "Ab main kya hee boloon. (Now what should I say.) Happy anniversary in advance."

Ayushmann and Tahira exchanged vows in 2008 and they have two children - son Virajveer and daughter Varushka.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Ayushmann officially joined Maddock Productions as he will be seen in Dinesh Vijan’s Thama. The film is described as Stree-Verse's first love story, featuring vampires at the center. The cast also features Rashmika Mandanna, Paresh Rawal, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and written by Niren Bhatt, Suresh Mathew, and Arun Fulara.

On the other hand, Tahira recently directed Sharmajee Ki Beti. The film starred Saiyami Kher, Divya Dutta, Sakshi Tanwar, and others.
