Ayushmann Khurrana has shared a video in which he is seen celebrating Rs. 100 crores of Dream Girl 2. The movie has crossed the milestone despite the buzz of Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan. Ayushmann celebrated the love with all of his fans. The actor cut many cakes with them too.

Pooja is back

Ayushmann Khurrana is back as Pooja for Dream Girl 2. The actor was massively loved for his last performance and he has received equally warm love for the sequel of the film. This time, Ananya Panday joins the team as the female lead.

Ayushmann celebrates the success with his fans

Ayushmann met his fans and cut a huge cake with them. “Congratulations. 100 crore hit,” was written on the cake. He greeted the mob, clapped as the cake was revealed and later, cut the same cake. Ayushmann was also presented with a special cake which had Dream Girl 2 stills on them. The actor read out fan letters and appreciated them in-person as well. He signed some diaries too. Some lucky fans also got a warm embrace from the actor, while most posed with him while being papped. Ayushmann compiled all of these moments to thank one and all who made Rs. 100 crores possible. “Celebrating the success of #DreamGirl2 with my biggest cheerleaders. Sending 100 crore love and beyond your way!,” he posted with a red heart and folded hands emoji.

How much has Dream Girl 2 minted?

While there isn’t a clear figure out there, Sacnilk reports that the movie has earned Rs. 0.46 crores on its third Monday. This took the collections of the movie to Rs. 100.36 crores at the domestic Box Office. The film has earned over Rs. 131 crores. Further, Dream Girl 2 is expected to mint Rs. 0.49 crores on day 19 aka its third Tuesday.
