The final season of the show is set to release on July 9,
Netflix’s Atypical is moving towards the end of the series with its fourth and final season. The makers dropped the trailer of this coming-of-age drama on Monday and also announced the release date of the show.
The trailer starts off by showcasing the new beginnings of the protagonist Sam (Keir Gilchrist), who is figuring out his future after college. He gets confused with the advice he is receiving from different people around him. His mother suggests that he must come home, to which he agrees. ,
The final season will also be focusing on Casey (Bridgette Lundy-Paine) and Izzie’s (Fivel Stewart) relationship and how they helm it. Initially, Sam seems terrified of the new beginning, while towards the end of the trailer he can be seen getting comfortable with the changes around him.
The official synopsis of the show’s season four reads: “Atypical tells the story of Sam Gardner, a young man on the autism spectrum looking for love and independence. In the fourth and final season, each character faces a challenge they never anticipated and Sam sets his sights on a nearly impossible goal.”,
