Directed by Polimera Nageshwar, Atithi Devo Bhava gears up for a theatrical release on January 7
The Sankranti season for movie goers across Telugu states is officially set to begin this week with two releases - Aadi Sai Kumar's Atithi Devo Bhava and Rana Daggubati starrer 1945. The trailer of Athithi Devo Bhava, directed by debutant Polimera Nageshwar, was launched by actor Nani today. Besides Aadi, the film features newcomer Nuveksha, actors Saptagiri and Rohini in important roles.
The trailer commences with a few glimpses in the life of a youngster (played by Aadi) who's unlucky with love. He even says that women are perfect with two things in life - makeup and breakup. Aadi has a mysterious side to him and he has a weakness that he hides from the world. He finally finds his soulmate in a girl played by Nuveksha, who accepts him with all his follies. However, their equation turns sour after marriage and Aadi starts behaving strangely.
The parents of both Aadi and Nuveksha advise them to sustain their relationship despite many problems. By the end of the trailer, Aadi even feels guilty about hiding something from his wife and wants her back in his life at any cost. Will he succeed in his pursuit? Atithi Devo Bhava is all about the resolution of the conflict faced by this modern-day couple.
The film's technical crew comrpises Karthik Srinivas as the editor, Amarnadh Bommi handling duties as a cinematographer besides composer Sekhar Chandra. Ashok Reddy Miryala and Rajani Rajababu have penned the story. Raja Babu Miryala and Ashok Reddy Miryala have bankrolled the relationship drama under Srinivasa Cine Creations.
