TVF's YouTube channel failed to hit its target of 10 million subscribers on the earlier announced date of May 5.
The Viral Fever (TVF), on Wednesday, announced that the series finale of the hugely popular Aspirants has been postponed to May 8, after the YouTube channel failed to hit its target of 10 million subscribers on the earlier announced date of May 5.
The penultimate episode of the series that revolves around UPSC aspirants had the audience waiting with bated breath to know what happens next in the lives of the three protagonists’ lives.
Talking about the final episode, Abhilash Thapliyal, who plays Shwetketu Jha aka SK, had earlier told us, “I can’t tell you much, but I can reveal that somebody will get married and SK will be there with garlands at the entrance.”
Abhilash’s SK is one of the most popular characters in the show. “I have read this comment so many times on the internet that ‘everyone wants to have a friend like SK but no one wants to be SK’. I think the depth and genuineness I put in the character is what has made him relatable to fans,” he had said.
The actor also explained that fans are connecting with his Bihari dialect too. “Being an Army kid, I was born in Jammu and Kashmir and grew up in many cities from eastern and central India. So, I had friends from different regions including Bihar,” he told us, explaining how he managed to perfect the nuances of the language.
Though the TVF fans are disappointed with the delay, it has surely also urged many to help reach the target of 10 million subscribers for TVF so that the finale is not pushed again
