As Tillu Square gears up for release, DJ Tillu makes it to the list of top 5 movies on Aha

Tillu Square is one of the most awaited films in recent times as it is the sequel to Siddhu Jonnalagadda's blockbuster hit DJ Tillu which was directed by Vimal Krishna. There is a lot of hype for this crime comedy which will be released on March 29, 2024.
DJ Tillu trends on Aha
Ahead of the film's release, people have started revisiting the first part, DJ Tillu on Aha. The latest update is that DJ Tillu is now trending in the top five of the popular Telugu platform. Though the makers have time and again revealed that Tillu Square is not a continuation of DJ Tillu, fans of the franchise feel that there will be a connection that has been kept as a surprise.

In DJ Tillu, the character of Radhika played by Neha Sshetty was an overnight sensation. But sadly, she is not a part of the sequel, Tillu Square. Anupama Parameswaran has taken her place and she too has created a sensation of sorts with her bold role in the film. Many are excited to see her in a new avatar with Tillu Square.
Both DJ Tillu and Tillu Square were written by the main lead Siddhu Jonnalagadda and his character of Tillu has now become a cult with the masses. Aha, on the other hand, benefitted a lot with the release of DJ Tillu as it earned multiple subscriptions and became quite popular.
Mallik Ram is directing the sequel and Ram Miryala has composed the music. Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya have jointly produced Tillu Square which is set for a grand worldwide release. In countries like the US and the UK, the buzz for this film is huge and the makers are in plans to promote the film in New Jersey and California, once the movie releases.
The advance bookings are on fire in Telugu states and the makers are keeping the promotions low as they do not want to create much hype for the film. For now, DJ Tillu is once again trending on Aha and this is a superb sign for the makers ahead of the sequel's release.
