As Ravi Teja's Eagle is now streaming on OTT, here's how much it made in its full theatrical run

Ravi Teja's Eagle ended as a disappointment at the box office. The action drama is now streaming on Amazon Prime and ETV Win.

Despite hits and flops, Ravi Teja is doing back-to-back films in his career and charges a bomb as his remuneration. He is in no mood to slow down and was last seen in the action drama Eagle which ended as a flop at the box office.

Produced by People Media Factory, Eagle was directed by Karthik Ghattamaneni and was released on February 9, 2024. Eagle is now streaming on Amazon Prime and ETV Win and has come to the digital platforms under four weeks after its release giving an idea of how badly it was rejected at the box office.

Well, we at OTTplay have already reported that the pre-release business of the film was locked at Rs 22 crore worldwide. The news is that Eagle has made only Rs 15 crore by the end of its run leaving the distributors in losses.

The makers, People Media Factor are in the safe zone as they sold the post-release rights of OTT and satellite for fancy prices. The film was made on a huge budget and had Kavya Thapar and Anupama Parameswaran as the female leads. Ravi Teja was seen in a new look in this film which is about illegal arms' eradication.

Ravi Teja remuneration for Eagle

Ravi Teja was paid big bucks for this film and the news is that he pocketed Rs 21 crore as his remuneration for Eagle. The action drama was high on style and was appreciated for its stylish making. Ravi Teja was quite disappointed as he gave a mature performance and the action showcased was new age and presented him in a new avatar.

Ravi Teja has now moved on to his next film Mr Bachchan which is being directed by Harish Shankar. The film is the remake of the Hindi hit Raid featuring Ajay Devgn. The thriller will be out by the end of this year, as per the news. Watch this space for more updates on this project.
