As Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Singham Again clash, Anees Bazmee says ‘The more, the merrier’

Despite being rescheduled to avoid any potential clash, Rohit Shetty's Singham Again clashed with Anees Bazmee's Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 on November 1.

Diwali 2024 came with a big dhamaka as two big films 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' and 'Singham Again' clashed at the box office. Coincidentally, both films are threequels of two of the biggest franchises in Hindi cinema. Directed by Anees Bazmee, BB3 stars Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan, Triptii Dimri, and Madhuri Dixit. On the other hand, Rohit Shetty's Singham Again stars Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, and Jackie Shroff.

Speaking about the big box office clash, filmmaker Anees Bazmee told ETimes, “It is the best birthday gift I could ever get. I am truly humbled by the audience's love." He further said that he does not consider Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 releasing on the same day as a clash as both films are good according to him.

The Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 director said, "What clash? Both the films are doing so well. It is great for the industry only. The more, the merrier!"

Directed by Anees Bazmee, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is the third instalment in the Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise. The film boasts a stellar cast with Kartik Aaryan as Rooh Baba, Vidya Balan and Madhuri Dixit as Majnulikas and Triptii Dimri as Kartik's love interest and promising an unforgettable cinematic experience. The film also stars Vijay Raaz, Sanjay Mishra, Manish Wadhwa, Rajesh Sharma, Rajpal Yadav, Ashwini Kalsekar, and others in supporting roles. The film is bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar's T-Series Films and Cine1 Studios.

Singham Again, on the other hand, is directed by Rohit Shetty and brings back Ajay Devgn in his iconic character as Singham. Along with him, the film also introduces Deepika Padukone as Lady Singham. Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Jackie Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, and Ravi Kishan also play important parts in the film.
