Though he preferred to sing his iconic songs for the day, here is an unexpected development that caught the internet’s attention. The singer sang Zingaat – a song that was not originally sung by him.

Zingaat, for the unfamiliar, is a Hindi song that was sung by Ajay Gogavale and Atul Gogavale. The song was featured in the 2018 hit film, Dhadak. However, in a treat for music lovers in Pune, Arijit preferred to sing this song whose origins can be traced to a Marathi song of the same name.

On March 2, Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor shared a video on Instagram with American music sensation Rihanna.
On March 1, Rihanna attended the pre-wedding festivities of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, where an array of Bollywood stars gathered. In the video posted by Janhvi, Rihanna danced to Zingaat from Dhadak alongside the actress.
