Arbaaz Khan has been making quite some headlines ever since he got married to make-up artist Sshura Khan in 2023
Arbaaz Khan
Arbaaz Khan, the actor, doesn't need any special introduction. Apart from being Salman Khan’s brother, the actor is an established star in Bollywood. Khan won his first prestigious Filmfare Award in a negative role with his debut film, Daraar (1996). Arbaaz has been making quite some headlines since his marriage with make-up artist Sshura Khan in 2023. The couple has been spotted in various events and private outings.
However, recently in an exclusive conversation with Timeout With Ankit, Arbaaz opened up about nepotism in Bollywood, for the first time. Apart from being brother to Salman Khan, Khan is the son of Salim Khan, the legendary screenwriter and producer. Hence, his opinion on nepotism is quite predictable. Arbaaz stated that nepotism can give an individual a break, but it cannot build his career.

Khan shared that meeting high-profile people gets easier if your family members have a link with the industry, but it cannot help getting work. To remain in the industry, one has to struggle and polish his acting skills.
This is the first time Arbaaz is seen comparing his career with Salman Khan. He shared that his and Sohail Khan’s career may not be as successful as Salman, but people still know them individually. This only happened because of their own personal struggles and workings, and not as Salman Khan’s brothers. He also stated that it’s a commercial thing so it’s very unfair to say that someone is working well because of somebody he is related to in the industry.
It's been eight years since Arbaaz Khan got divorced from Malaika Arora, after being married for nineteen years. They had tied the knot in 1998. The duo has a son named Arhaan, whom they are co-parenting these days. Arbaaz marrying Sshura Khan made headlines, as his spouse is twenty-five years younger than him. Interestingly, Arbaaz mostly received blessings from fans, rather than judgements and trolling.
Arbaaz Khan will be next seen in Gul Gule Bakawali this year, and probably in Dabangg 4 next year.
