Confirming the next movie in the Dabangg instalment, Arbaaz Khan said he would love to direct Dabangg 4, but the Salman Khan-starrer will only go on floors when the time is right.
Salman Khan fans can’t wait to see their favourite Bollywood star return to screen for another Dabangg movie sequel, that is, Dabangg 4. Not too long ago, it was reported that actor-producer Arbaaz Khan, who had directed Dabangg 2 in 2021, is in talks with Jawaan director Atlee to get the next movie in the Dabangg instalment rolling.
Here’s what Arbaaz Khan had to say about these rumours as he confirmed that Dabangg 4 with Salman Khan is definitely going to be made soon.
Arbaaz Khan spoke to Mid-day recently about speculations doing rounds that he and Salman Khan met Atlee for directing Dabangg 4. However, none of that is true. In fact, Arbaaz said he had never met Atlee in his life. He also said that people should first verify such things and only then believe as he hasn’t mentioned any such thing.
Further, Arbaaz said that Salman is keen on doing Dabangg 4 and the project will see Arbaaz Khan as a director again. While pointing out that both are held up with their own projects currently, Arbaaz said, “The movie will go on floors when the time is right.
Arbaaz Khan is the co-producer of the action comedy Dabangg series, which stars Salman Khan as Inspector Chulbul Pandey. A courageous, honest, and hardworking police officer, Chulbul Pandey encounters obstacles from his family, gangsters, and politicians like Chedi Singh (Sonu Sood) in the first segment of the movie, Dabangg (2010). When Chulbul Pandey kills the brother of a well-known politician, Thakur Bachcha Singh, played by Prakash Raj, the former pledges to ruin his life in Dabangg 2 (2012). In the third instalment, Dabangg 3, the now Assistant Superintendent of Police Chulbul Pandey meets an old foe, Balwant "Bali" Singh, portrayed by Sudeep Sanjeev.
Salman Khan is going to be seen in Tiger versus Pathaan with Shah Rukh Khan. He will also star in a recently announced film with Sajid Nadiadwala that will be directed by A R Murugadoss. This big-budget movie will have an Eid 2025 release.
