AP04 Ramapuram OTT release date: When and where to watch Ram Jakkala, Akhhila Akarshanna’s thriller

AP04 Ramapuram is a crime thriller that released in theatres on December 10, 2022. Ram Jakkala, Akhhila Akarshanna played the leads in the film directed by U Hema Reddy. S S Kumar, P N Raaz essayed supporting roles in the same while Ram Reddy Anduri bankrolled the project under RR Creative Creations. S V Shiva Reddy is the presenter of the thriller.

The film opened to mixed responses upon its release in theatres. After its theatrical run, now AP04 Ramapuram is out on OTT. Leading OTT platform MX Player has acquired its post-theatrical streaming rights and have begun premiering the film this weekend. Abu has composed the songs while Sudeep Kurni has worked on the background score.

The thriller commences with the death of a cop in a village Ramapuram and the natives presume it to be a case of suicide though the post-mortem results state otherwise. A newly appointed SI takes charge of the case and investigates the residents about the incident. The focus of the story later shifts towards the protagonist who contributes to the agricultural development of the region.

The protagonist falls in love with a girl and despite their interest in one another, they struggle to take their relationship forward owing to a few norms in the village. Meanwhile another VRO in the village dies but the father suspects it’s a murder. The trend continues with the death of a panchayat secretary too. What connects these incidents? Yellareddy D co-produced the film while Malli K Chandra is the cinematographer (with assistance from Vinay Jambarapu). MD Nagur Valli is the editor and SS Kumar is the dialogue writer respectively. Shyam Karadha and Jinkaraja design the fight sequences. G Purushotam Raju is the sound designer with Ravi Teja S and RK Kishore handling the dance choreography.
