Anushka Shetty-Krish Jagarlamudi film - Banner, shoot details, and genre revealed

Anushka Shetty has teamed up with director Krish Jagarlamudi for a biggie. Here are all the details about the film.

Anushka Shetty and Krish team up

Director Krish is one of the most popular filmmakers in Telugu cinema and is known to make back-to-back films. But ever since he joined hands with Pawan Kalyan for Hari Hara Veera Mallu, he has been on the back foot. As the film has been delayed time and again, he went ahead and directed a film titled Konda Polam with Vaisshnav Tej as the main lead. The social drama ended as a massive flop at the box office.

Now, as the Pawan Kalyan starrer is getting further delayed Krish has decided to make one more film in the meantime. He has teamed up with none other than star heroine Anushka Shetty for a biggie. We have come to know that Anushka and Krish have teamed up on a social drama that is being produced by UV Creations.

Anushka Shetty new film details

The special aspect is that the film went on floors secretly in Hyderabad a few days ago and the team has moved to Orissa for a special schedule. The makers have kept the film under wraps and have not announced it to the press. This is the second time that Krish has teamed up with Anushka Shetty. Earlier, the duo teamed up with each other in Allu Arjun's Vedam.

Anushka played a sex worker in the film and her performance was appreciated a lot by the critics and audience alike. So, we need to see what they have in store for us this time around. Anushka Shetty was last seen in the hit film Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty which also had Naveen Polishetty as the main lead. The film was a big hit at the box office.

Hari Hara Mallu delayed again

On the other hand, Hari Hara Veera Mallu is yet to get back to the floors as Pawan Kalyan is busy with his political career and often takes breaks between the shoots. As he will be available for the shoot only in July, the directors of his existing films have all started other projects in the meantime.

Harish Shankar, who is making Ustad Bhagath Singh with Pawan Kalyan has started a new film with Ravi Teja which is the official remake of the Hindi hit Raid. The film is happening at a brisk pace in Tamil Nadu. Watch this space for more updates on this project.
