Anupamaa Written Update 11th June 2023: Dimpy’s ‘gruha-pravesh’ starts with a verbal tiff, Anupamaa plays the peacemaker

Will Anupamaa get sandwiched between the Shah House and Kapadia House like before or will she be able to bail herself out of these situations and do justice is what remains to be seen

The day starts off with the ‘bidaai’ ceremony of Dimpy from Kapadia House to the Shah House. Baa is standing at the threshold of the house with all others in order to welcome Dimpy. Even before Dimpy takes her first step inside the Shah House, Baa welcomes her with her trademark taunts, which, then, eventually gets covered up by Kinjal’s cough and Anupamaa’s open mindedness. And when Anupamaa offers the traditional ‘kalash’ before Dimpy to be touched upon, the latter, with all her angst and anger, kicks it!

Needless to say, seeing this, Vanraj, Baa, Kinjal, Anupamaa’s mother and brother, Kaavya, Vanraj’s sister, Toshu… almost everyone sees her with utter shock. No prizes for guessing that, seeing his ‘kick-act’, Baa immediately taunts Dimpy that she is doing ‘gruha-pravesh’ and not playing a football match! In order to avoid any further tensions, Anupamaa manages the situation, as always. After everyone enters inside the house, Baa shows her human side and genuinely prays and hopes that, may Dimpy’s ‘gruha-pravesh’ only spell success and prosperity for everyone at the Shah House. Thereafter starts the verbal ‘tu-tu-main-main’ between Baa and Dimpy, with Anupamaa being sandwiched in between.

After all the verbal tiff, when peace starts prevailing, Anupamaa’s mother and brother take their leave and go to their house. They are followed by Kaavya, who gets ready to go back to her hotel. Seeing Kaavya go, Vanraj behaves extremely politely with her and requests her to stay back. Seeing this, almost everyone present there, are quite taken aback with Vanraj’s changed behaviour and attitude towards Kaavya. He reminds Kaavya that ‘Shah House’ is her house and that there is no need for her to stay in a hotel. And when Baa tells Vanraj to let Kaavya go back to her hotel, Vanraj ‘ANNOUNCES’ Kaavya’s pregnancy before everyone. Hearing the good news, everyone is happy, except for the newlyweds Samar and Dimpy.

Meanwhile, at the Kapadia House, an already upset Anuj becomes even more upset and irritated when Barkhaa repeatedly reminds and asks him about his going back to Mumbai with Maaya. He makes it very ‘loud and clear’ that he will be going back to Mumbai only after Anupamaa’s departure to America. In the meanwhile, he insists on checking the company’s accounts since it’s been quite some time that he had paid heed to the same. Hearing this, both Maaya and Adhik become worried and upset. That’s when Ankush supports Anuj by encouraging his decision to check the company’s account books.

SPOILER ALERT: When Anuj starts missing Anupamaa, he calls her up and requests her to meet the next day. Just as when she says yes to Anuj, there comes a phone call from Guru Maa Malti Devi telling her to be present for a press conference which she has arranged the next day. At the same time, even Baa calls up Anupamaa telling her to be present for Samar and Dimpy’s first ever pooja in the Shah House after their wedding. Will Anupamaa get sandwiched as always or will she be able to bail herself out of these situations and do justice to all the three requests and requirements is what remains to be seen.
