Anupamaa: Will Pakhi and Adhik ruin Anupama’s Diwali?

After Barkha’s revelations, Vanraj decides to send Pakhi away.

Baa relentlessly criticises Anupama for not coming to the Shah house to check on Pakhi. When she arrives, Anupama is taunted and scolded by Vanraj and Baa, but the former refuses to be affected by their words.

Vanraj reveals that Barkha told them the truth about Adhik, and Baa asks why Anupama did not tell them herself. Anupama says she did not want to hide anything, but had decided to tell them after Diwali. Anupama remains strong in her position, and tells them not to panic and decide on the next step with a calm head. She also gives proper responses to Vanraj and Baa when they relentlessly try to blame her for not telling them the truth herself.

Anupama’s ex-husband says that he did not want to ruin her first day of college, but was frustrated because of his panic at the whole situation. He tells Anupama that he wants to send Pakhi away to another city to study. Anupama asks everyone to take a few days to think about it. Pakhi overhears all of this.

Anuj is furious with Barkha for creating chaos in the middle of the festival. Anupama, Ankush and Adhik also join in bashing Barkha, and the latter says that she did it only because she feels that Adhik’s love is not true. When Anupama reveals Vanraj’s plans to send Pakhi away, Adhik begs Anuj to not let it happen. Anuj asks everyone to take a breather until Diwali is over.

Diwali finally arrives, and the Shahs miss Paritosh, Kinjal and Pakhi. The Kapadias celebrate with a Puja in the office. They realise that Adhik is missing, and assume that he is with friends.

The next episode promises to bring more drama to Anupama’s life. When Pakhi and Adhik go missing, the family are shocked when the two arrive after seemingly getting married to each other.
