Anupamaa Written Update 23 August, 2023: Adhik CONVINCES Paakhi that he loves her; Anuj and Anupama refuse to believe it

Even though Adhik convinces Paakhi that he loves her, Anuj and Anupama find it extremely difficult to believe it

The day starts off with Paakhi spending an extremely emotional moment with Adhik assuming that Adhik has improved totally. Meanwhile, Anupamaa becomes tensed up at the Kapadia House. Seeing this, Anuj consoles Anupamaa and takes care of her. On the other hand, the situation is more or less the same at the Shah House as well. Amidst all this, when Paakhi urges Adhik to speak, he ‘confides’ in her that he is scared that Anupama, Anuj and Vanraj Shah are hell bent on sending him to jail. Hearing this, Paakhi tells him come what may, she will stand by him forever and won’t let anything happen to him.

Adhik, suddenly, becomes extremely caring, emotional and sensitive about Paakhi. Saying that, he hugs Paakhi tightly so much that it starts hurting her. Adhik, then, tells to himself that he is doing all this drama as everyone has trained their eyes on him and every action of his is being observed extremely closely. Saying this, Adhik starts ‘hurting’ himself with a belt on the same hand, with which he had hit Paakhi. Seeing this, Paakhi becomes extremely emotional and tells him to stop all this and then, he hugs Paakhi. That’s when Anupama and Anuj happen to walk past their bedroom and happen to see them hugging and becoming happy.

While walking past, they hear someone playing the guitar. And when they find out, they discover that it was Romil who was playing the guitar. Seeing that, they go to Romil and appreciate his talent. Hearing that, Romil reacts as rude as always. Seeing that, rather than getting angry, they understand the root cause of his anger and irritations.

On the other hand, Kaavya and Vanraj try to be good to each other and start talking about their relationship and also about their concern towards Paakhi. Kaavya assures Vanraj that, since Paakhi has a strong mother like Anupama, there is nothing to worry about.
