Anirudh releases a video thanking fans on the occasion of having completed a decade as a composer

Music composer Anirudh Ravichander, who is on a roll with back-to-back promising projects and big ticket flicks, has completed 10 years in the industry. He took to Twitter to release a video which included short clips from the films which earned him appreciation from music lovers and movie buffs.

His tweet read, "Today marks a decade of our first song release. Today marks 10 years of your abundant love towards us. Today is #10YearsofAnirudh, Love you all and here’s to the next 10."

The video begins with his voiceover which goes, "I wanted to be a music director before I turn 30, but you made me one 10 years before. Life changed all of a sudden one day." The two-minute video features clips from the sensational Soup Song from 3 in the beginning, followed by clips from Ethir Neechal, David, Vanakkam Chennai, Maan Karate, Kaththi, VIP, Kaaki Sattai, Maari, Naanum Rowdy Dhaan Vedalam, Thangamagan, Remo Vivegam, Thaana Serndha Koottam, Kolamavu Kokila, Agnyaathavaasi, Petta, Jersey, Darbar, Master and the recent release Doctor.

Two films of Kamal Haasan - Vikram and Indian 2 - multi-starrer rom-com Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kadhal Vijay's Beast, Sivakarthikeyan's Don and Dhanush's Thiruchitrambalam are the upcoming movies of Anirudh on which his fans have pinned high hopes. Having composed two films each for Rajinikanth, Ajith and Vijay, fans are looking forward to his composition in the two projects of his which have Kamal Haasan playing the lead.

His career skyrocketed with the songs from Dhanush-starrers like 3 VIP and Maari. In fact, the duo had mutual admirers who are known as DnA. They are uniting for Sun Pictures' Thiruchitrambalam after a five-year hiatus, and their mutual fans are keeping their fingers crossed.
