Even after all the controversies, Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal is set to cross the Rs 750 crore mark worldwide.
Animal, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga had its lowest-ever single-day box office collection on its 12th day of release. However, even on the movie's lowest collection day, Ranbir Kapoor starrer is still bigger than the opening days of a lot of Bollywood films of recent times. Animal has been a successful movie even with its lengthy runtime and controversial reviews.
Animal is gaining tremendous momentum and has become one of the year's biggest hits. It is anticipated to surpass even the ₹1000 crore earners, such as Jawan and Pathaan. In the twelve days since its premiere, the movie has brought in ₹757.73 crore worldwide.
The collection was verified on Wednesday by the official X (formerly Twitter) page. On X, a poster with Ranbir's Animal avatar with the caption "#Animal Record Breaking Reign Continues" was shared.
Animal has already outperformed other Hindi blockbusters of the year, like Gadar 2 and Tiger 3. Gadar 2, starring Sunny Deol and Amisha Patel, made ₹691 crore at the global movie office. Tiger 3, an action movie starring Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi earned valued at ₹465 crore.

On the all-time list, Animal's Hindi version has surpassed KGF: Chapter 2. With a total of Rs 434.70 crore, the Hindi version of the Yash-starring film concluded its theatrical run. Jawan (Rs 643.87 cr), Pathaan (Rs 543.05 cr), Gadar 2 (Rs 525.45 cr), and the Hindi version of Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (Rs 510.99 cr) are the films that top the list.
