Bobby Deol is being lauded for his performance in Animal. Although fans are disheartened with his less screentime in the film they are all in love with his brilliant act. Bobby played the role of Abraar in the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial, which stars Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role. Bobby plays the role of the main antagonist in the violent thriller.
A lot of Bollywood celebrities have praised Bobby's role in Animal. Esha Deol, too, is in awe of Bobby's performance in the movie.

Esha Deol took to her Instagram stories and shared an appreciation note for her brother. The actress reposted Bobby's post and captioned it, "Way to go! Smashing performance & success bhaiya iambobbydeol (sic)."

At the special screening, Bobby watched Animal while sitting on the floor in the cinema hall. The actor also posted a picture of the same on his social media page. While sharing it, Deol penned, "Grateful for all the love and appreciation coming my way Animal Go watch the movie today! (sic)."

Animal box office collection day 1
Meanwhile, Animal has had a fantastic start at the box office. It has turned out to be Ranbir's biggest opening movie. The film earned Rs 63.80 crore at the domestic box office. As far as the worldwide collection is concerned, Sandeep's movie has minted Rs 116 crore.
Although it clashed with Vicky Kaushal's Sam Bahadur on December 1, Animal is performing exceedingly well at the ticket window.
More about the film
Animal is Sandeep Reddy Vanga's third directorial after Arjun Reddy and Kabir Singh. The film marks Bobby's first collaboration with the filmmaker, who earlier worked with Vijay Deverakonda and Shahid Kapoor.
Apart from Bobby and Ranbir, the movie features Anil Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna. Siddhant Karnick and Shakti Kapoor also have significant roles to play in this film.
What's next for Bobby?
On the work front, Bobby has as many as three Telugu movies lined up. The list of his upcoming films includes Kanguva, Hari Hara Veera Mallu, and NBK109.
