If reports are to be believed, Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal has been leaked online this morning. This development comes just a day after the theatrical release of the film. Movie makers are yet to comment officially on the development. Some social media users feel that the film was given an ‘adult only’ certificate by the Censor Board, which is why young budding hackers hatched a plan to watch Ranbir Kapoor’s latest film online.

As reported by E-Times, Animal has been leaked online on torrent sites including Telegram. The entertainment portal claims that the film is being shared on WhatsApp like a regular forward.

Animal – a Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial which released yesterday, has been in the news for over 24 hours now. The film, featuring Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role, has experienced an exceptional start at the domestic box office. Despite mixed reviews, with some criticizing its perceived misogyny, the Sandeep Reddy Vanga-directed movie has resonated with its audience, reminiscent of Vanga's previous work, "Kabir Singh." According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the film has amassed Rs 63.8 crore nett in India on its opening day. On a global scale, the movie's gross collection for the opening day reaches an impressive Rs 116 crore.
“The film had 1318 shows in the Delhi NCR region and witnessed an occupancy of over 79%. In Mumbai, Animal had 1040 shows and the occupancy rate was over 55%,” reported the Indian Express.
