Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna's song Hua Main from Animal features some steamy scenes too
While Ranbir Kapoor-Rashmika Mandanna’s Animal is making headlines because of their chemistry, the censor board seems to have something else in mind. A recent report suggests that the board has trimmed down on the ‘steamy scenes’ between the two. This comes after the film has received an A certificate and after people have not been able to stop praising Ranbir-Rashmika’s moments in the song Hua Main. Yeah, we probably might not see more of those moments throughout the film.
What was censored?
According to a report on Times Now, there are various cuts in the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial too. Something as basic a word as costume has also been replaced to vastra. The report further suggests that the director was astonished to learn about the changes made to the film but did not brood about it too much because he is confident about his final product.
What Animal has apart from Ranbir-Rashmika’s steamy scenes?
Animal has a lot in store and it goes way beyond the conventional hero-heroine romance. The trailer itself suggests that Animal is the story of revenge. It is the revenge of a son for harming his father. Ranbir plays the son and Anil Kapoor is seen in the role of the father. Their scenes from the trailer are already going viral on the internet.
Apart from that, the movie sees Bobby Deol as the antagonist. People are loving how he has stayed in the shadows all this while but actually has a role that could very well overshadow the leading actor. A villain like that is born in Bollywood after a long time too.
More about Animal
Animal is Sandeep’s second Hindi film after Kabir Singh. Many have been comparing the two films and how Sandeep brings out the toxic male in his movies. Recently, Sandeep confirmed that Ranbir’s character is very much an alpha male.
The film is slated to release in theatres on December 1 and the advance booking is already proving that this one could be on its way to become a blockbuster. Animal will be clashing with Vicky Kaushal-Meghna Gulzar’s Sam Bahadur in theatres.
