Animal Telugu box office report - Ranbir Kapoor starrer crosses Arjun Reddy's lifetime collections; details inside

Animal is a smash hit not only in Hindi but in Telugu as well. The Sandeep Reddy Vanga action drama took the box office by storm and is that rare Hindi film that has done so well in Telugu states. More than the direct Hindi release, Animal's Telugu version has drawn a lot of attention among the audience which is rare.

Well, Animal has now made a total share of Rs 30 crore to date and is attracting an audience in many areas of its release. In this process, Animal has also crossed the lifetime collections of Sandeep Reddy Vanga's debut film Arjun Reddy in Telugu states which is quite an achievement.

The Vijay Deverakonda starrer made Rs 27 crore in its final run in Telugu states and Animal has beat those collections quite easily and now becomes Sandeep Reddy Vanga's biggest hit in Telugu. A major credit for Animal's success goes to Sandeep as he has a cult following in Telugu.

Of late, his interviews have also become a talking point for his bold statements and his digs at the critics. Animal was released by star producer Dil Raju on a profit-sharing basis. The ace producer has made big money with Animal which has Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead. The songs of Animal are super hits and are trending on social media through reels.

On the other hand, Animal has crossed the 14.5 million dollar mark and is still going strong. With this, Animal is now in the top 5 grossers of all time in North America for Indian films. This is no small achievement and shows the power of Ranbir Kapoor's stardom and Sandeep Reddy Vanga's writing prowess.

Post Animal, Sandeep will work with Prabhas for an action drama titled Spirit. The script has been locked and the shoot begins in October 2024. Spirit will mostly have south actors in key roles as per the news. Watch this space for more.
