Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Animal hit the big screen on December 1, 2023. Featuring Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role, the movie clashed with Vicky Kaushal's Sam Bahadur at the box office. Despite that, Animal has emerged as one of the highest-grossing films of this year. Within 16 days of its theatrical run, the movie entered the coveted ₹800 crore club globally. And now, Animal has raced past ₹500 crore at the domestic box office.

Animal box office collection Day 17

On the other hand, Animal, also starring Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol, earned ₹817.36 crore at the global box office. The film's box office numbers are enough to prove that Vanga's movie is a blockbuster of 2023.
