Anek on OTT: Ayushmann Khurrana tests his geography in Netflix's fun video - watch

The Anubhav Sinha directorial also stars Andrea Kevichüsa in a major role.

Ayushmann Khurrana starrer Anek was released in theatres on May 27 and gathered decent reviews. Meanwhile, now, the Anubhav Sinha directorial is out on Netflix to stream online. The OTT giant has unveiled a fun video featuring the Bollywood hunk taking a geography quiz.

The latest video begins with a female host welcoming Ayushmann to the geography quiz and explaining that he will be asked questions related to the states of India and he will have to guess the name of the state. She drops the first question that says, "The name of my state comes from 5 rivers. This state has given birth to two other states and this is the first state where President's rules were imposed?"

Without thinking much the actor answered, "Punjab." He further said, "The two states that have been born are Himachal Pradesh and Haryana."

The second question says, " This state was the inspiration for The Jungle Book. It is also the birthplace of our 10th Prime Minister, Atal Bihari Vajpayee and the legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar."

After hearing Lata Ji's name the actor gets confused, however, due to the hints like The Jungle Book and Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the actor answered, "Madhya Pradesh."

The video also features a few more Q&As and unveils some interesting Trivias about a few states of the country.

Reportedly, the upcoming flick has been shot at different picturesque locations in the North-East of India.

Anek follows the tale of an undercover officer from Delhi, who gets transferred to one of the states in Meghalaya to end the misunderstood conflict between a few militants of the North-East and the Indian government. However, certain revelations during his mission shock him.

Apart from Ayushmann, Andrea Kevichüsa and Manoj Pahwa are a few important cast in the movie among others.
