Ananya Panday, whose recent movie Dream Girl 2 successfully minted over Rs 100 crores at the box office, will soon make her OTT debut with the show titled ‘Call Me Bae’.

To fulfill her fans’ wish, Ananya Panday recently confirmed that she will make her OTT debut with a show titled ‘Call Me Bae’.
Speaking about the project in detail, Ananya Panday told new portal ETimes, “It is a full-on chick flick sort of fun show, there's a lot of comedy in that. I would give you references but I don't know how much I'm allowed to speak about it but there's lots of fashion, comedy, and romance. There's a little bit of everything. It's a fun show for the youth of today and I think everyone will enjoy it even though it's made for the youth. I can imagine every Asian loving the show.”
What is Call Me Bae all about?
"Call Me Bae" is the captivating narrative of Bae, a billionaire fashion icon ostracized by her affluent family amidst a scandal of questionable nature. It marks her inaugural foray into independence, a journey replete with the challenges of dismantling stereotypes, confronting prejudice, and unearthing her authentic self. Ananya Panday has been chosen to embody the character of Bae in this compelling series, with actors Varun Sood and Varun Dhawan making noteworthy appearances.
On the professional front, Ananya Panday was recently seen on the big screen in the movie Dream Girl 2 opposite Ayushmann Khurrana. This theatrical minted over Rs 100 crores in India. Ananya is also slated to appear in the coming-of-age film ‘Kho Gaye Hum Kahan’ alongside actors Siddhant Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gourav.
