Ananya Panday's cousin, Ahaan Panday, is all set to make his acting debut. He is likely to be a part of a film backed by Yash Raj Films.

Ananya Panday's cousin, Ahaan Panday, is rumoured to make his acting debut soon. He was reportedly signed by Yash Raj Films as its talent about five years ago. And ever since, Ahaan has been undergoing intense training programmes. After years of training, Ahaan is now ready to make his acting debut. According to a Pinkvilla report, the young boy will be seen in filmmaker Mohit Suri's movie. The film is expected to go on floors in the latter half of 2024.

Ahaan Panday to make his acting debut?

The media report suggests Ahaan Panday's first film will be a 'young love story'. Filmmaker Mohit Suri intends to introduce Panday as the quintessential romantic hero. For this project, Ahaan went through multiple screen tests and auditions before coming on board. As for Mohit, the director wanted a fresh face for the big screen and wished to explore Ahaan's potential.

The film, which is yet to be titled, might go on floors in the second half of 2024. Other than this, details about the female lead and the rest of the casting have been kept under wraps. While this movie will be directed by Mohit, it will be bankrolled by Yash Raj Films. In the past, Mohit collaborated with YRF on Aashiqui 2 and Ek Villain Returns.

Who is Ahaan Panday?

Ahaan Panday is the son of Chikki Panday and his wife, Deanne Panday. Chikki is the brother of Bollywood actor Chunky Pandey. As for Ahaan, the young boy enjoys over 3 lakh followers on Instagram. His Instagram feed is filled with his pictures, a few with his sister, Alanna Panday and parents, and some of them with his friends.

While it has been reported that Ahaan Panday will make his debut with the YRF film, an official announcement by the makers is yet to be made. Meanwhile, Ahaan's cousin Ananya Panday has been in the film industry for over 4 years now. She made her Bollywood debut with Punit Malhotra's Student Of The Year 2 alongside Tara Sutaria and Tiger Shroff. The movie was released in 2019.
