Bollywood stars Ananya Panday, Sara Ali Khan, and Janhvi Kapoor are known to be best friends of each other since childhood. However, ever since these star kids entered the world of Bollywood, their friendship is often scanned on the public radar. Many social media users even question whether they have a healthy relationship on their professional fronts.
Speaking in detail about this development, Ananya Panday – who recently featured in superhit Bollywood movie Dream Girl 2 – told news portal ETimes, “I think there have been friendships in every generation, that's the industry that I saw growing up. I saw a lot of camaraderie, a lot of friendship, a lot of support and that's always what I try to maintain within the industry and outside. Friendship for me is very very important. In the industry, I like Sara and Janhvi because we always look out for each other, we're always supporting each other.”
“I think they are the two people out of many but specifically them, they always message me every time a trailer of mine or a song of mine comes out even if they watch a movie of mine, they'll always send me a message or call me and it's the same with me for them. So it's really good to have supportive contemporaries, we all know there's heavy competition,” Ananya wraps up.
Recently, Ananya Panday had a short but significant role as the primary female lead in the spiritual successor to Dream Girl, titled Dream Girl 2, where she shared the screen with Ayushmann Khurrana. Her upcoming projects include a captivating coming-of-age film called Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, in which she stars alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gourav. Additionally, she's set to shine in an untitled film directed by Vikramaditya Motwane and will also grace the screen in an Amazon Prime Video series named Call Me Bae.
