Vijay Deverakonda's brother, Anand Deverakonda is ready with his new release Baby. He speaks about his performance and how he went all out for it
With each passing film, Anand Deverakonda, the younger brother of Vijay Deverakonda, is making his presence felt at the box office. He is ready with his new film 'Baby' which will hit the screens on July 14, 2023. The promotions are in full swing and Anand has pinned a lot of hopes on the film. Sai Rajesh of Hrudaya Kaleyam and Color Photo fame has directed this film which also has Vaishnavi and Viraj Ashwin in lead roles.
The recently released trailer has created a solid buzz for the film. The four songs have become popular and this has given the makers a lot of confidence that their film will open big at the box office. Anand Deverakonda is super confident and speaking about the film he says "Baby is one of my best performances to date and will be remembered for a long time to come. I have given two years of my life to this love story and am confident that Baby will become a talking point when it hits the screens".
Baby is a triangular love story and is about a girl who dreams big in life and moves ahead in life leaving her lover. Anand Deverakonda plays the role of an auto driver and is the one who gets ditched. Viraj Ashwin is the man who is shown as the speed breaker in the love story. Though the story looks a bit old, director Sai Rajesh says the contemporary backdrop and the mentalities of today's younger generation have been captured in a superb manner.
SKN produces this film which has been in the making for a long time now. The OTT rights of the film have been bagged by Aha for a fancy price and we have come to know that the makers are already in a safe zone. So, whatever the film makes from its theatrical revenue will be profits for the makers.
Also, one should appreciate the makers as they managed to keep the film in the news ever since the first look came out. Now, things are set for a release and we need to see how this much-hyped film will fare at the box office.
