Amitabh Bachchan's playful banter with his daughter on the quiz-based show takes centre stage.
Recently, the Archies team appeared on Kaun Banega Crorepati 15 for promotions. Amitabh Bachchan hosted director Zoya Akhtar and cast members, including Suhana Khan, Agastya Nanda, Khushi Kapoor, Vedang Raina, Dot, and Yuvraj Menda during the episode.
Shweta Bachchan Nanda makes an appearance
Vedang Raina, Dot, and Khushi Kapoor answered the show's mid-level questions as a trio. Stuck on one question, they used the video call with a friend's lifeline. 'First appearing in Tales from Riverdale #21 what is the name of the Indian addition to Riverdale's student body, an amateur filmmaker?' was the question. Raj Patel, Ajay Singh, Rahul Arora, and Aditya Shetty were the four choices. When they still didn't know the solution, they contacted Bachchan's daughter, Shweta Bachchan Nanda, via video call by using the lifeline.
"Hello, Papa" is her go-to greeting for Amitabh Bachchan whenever she answers the phone. The megastar responded, "Stop calling me papa for now." Big B remarked following Shweta's response to the inquiry that he believes she received her education overseas. In Hindi, she uttered not a single word, and it seemed as though she had flown all the way from the US because of her accent. Everyone was in splits over his comment, which he made in reference to his daughter.
Before Shweta revealed the correct answer, Bachchan questioned her about how she settled on Raj Patel. "Do you know the program is in Hindi?" Amitabh Bachchan interrupted her explanation and asked in Hindi. After that, Shweta changes to Hindi and mentions that she remembers Raj Patel from her childhood when she read the Archie comics. Big B revealed the correct response.
Zoya Akhtar's childhood memory
Meanwhile, Zoya revealed that during her childhood, she had visited Bachchan's house, where she witnessed his music room. However, Big B revealed that the room now belongs to Agastya.
Kaun Banega Crorepati 15 is also available to stream on SonyLIV.
