Amitabh Bachchan lauds granddaughter Aaradhya's performance; says, 'Complete natural on stage'

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan's daughter Aaradhya showcased her acting skills at her school's annual day event. Here's what grandfather Amitabh Bachchan thought about her performance.

Amitabh Bachchan attended his granddaughter Aaradhya Bachchan's school's annual day event on December 15. The legendary actor was present at the ceremony with son Abhishek Bachchan, and daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Agastya Nanda, too, marked his presence. Aaradhya impressed everyone with her acting skills in a musical skit. Her grandfather Big B was all praise for the 12-year-old after her performance ended.

Amitabh Bachchan took to his official blog and shared thoughts about Aaradhya's school performance. The legendary actor wrote, "I shall be with you shortly .. busy getting over the Concert at Aaradhya’s School and here performance .. such a delight and a moment of pride for all of us .. a complete natural on stage the little one - well not little anymore (sic)." Big also stated that it was a moment of pride and joy for him.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan proudly recorded her daughter Aaradhya's performance on camera while she performed. The 12-year-old played an evil character in the musical skit. However, netizens were highly impressed with her confidence on the stage. They lauded Aaradhya's dialogue delivery.

On the work front for Amitabh Bachchan

Meanwhile, on the work front, Amitabh Bachchan was last seen in Ganapath. The veteran actor has Nag Ashwin's Kalki 2898 AD lined up for next year. He will be seen alongside Prabhas, Kamal Haasan, and Deepika Padukone in the film. As per media reports, the makers of Kalki 2898 AD have decided to postpone the film's release. An official announcement on the same is awaited.
