Shraddha Kapoor is proving the dialogue 'woh stree hai, kuch bhi kar sakti hai' amid the blockbuster success of Stree 2. The actress recently surpassed Prime Minister Narendra Modi to have more followers on Instagram. She becomes the third most-followed Indian celebrity to reach that milestone after cricketer Virat Kohli and global icon Priyanka Chopra.
Shraddha Kapoor's Instagram followers surpasses PM Narendra Modi
Stree 2 actress Shraddha Kapoor has 91.4 million Instagram followers, while Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has 91.3 million followers on the platform. However, PM Modi remains the most-followed global leader on X (formerly Twitter) with over 101.2 million followers.
Notably, Shraddha is now the third most-followed Indian on Instagram, after cricketer Virat Kohli and actress Priyanka Chopra.

Shraddha Kapoor starrer Stree 2's box office collection updates
Stree 2 has now crossed ₹250 crore in just 6 days of its theatrical run. According to the early trends reported by Pinkvilla, Amar Kaushik's directorial collected ₹25 crore on its sixth day. The total collection of the film now stands at ₹255 crore.
The film is produced by Maddock Films and Jio Studios and is a sequel to the film - Stree. The film features Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurrana, and Abhishek Banerjee in important roles. The sequel also has cameo appearances of Tamannaah Bhatia and Varun Dhawan.
