Allu Arjun and Trivikram Srinivas are reuniting for a big-budget action drama, which is being made a big scale. Reportedly, the untitled project has set a new record with its massive budget.
Allu Arjun dedicated over 5 years for the ambitious Pushpa franchise, at the peak of his career. The National award-winner actor has not been a part of any project other than the Sukumar directorial, ever since he signed it. However, after wrapping up the filming of the most-awaited Pushpa 2 the Telugu superstar is reportedly set to be a part of back-to-back ambitious ventures. Allu Arjun is reuniting with Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo director Trivikram Srinivas for a massive project, which is touted to be an action drama.
If the recent updates are to be believed, the upcoming Allu Arjun starrer directed by Trivikram Srinivas is being made the most expensive project ever made in the Telugu film industry and one of the costliest projects of Indian cinema, so far. The movie, which is touted to be an action drama set in the backdrop of family, is reportedly inspired by a story from the epic Mahabharata. As per the reports, the untitled project is being planned as a pan-India visual spectacle.
In a recent chat with the media, Bunny Vas, a close associate of Allu Arjun spilled beans on the untitled Trivikram Srinivas film. According to the producer, the project which is bankrolled by Geetha Arts, requires over one and a half years for the pre-production itself. Interestingly, the National Award-winning actor and the celebrated filmmaker finalised the concept of the film, after elaborate discussions that panned over two years. However, it is yet to be revealed when the movie will go on floors.
For the uninitiated, the upcoming action drama will mark Allu Arjun’s fourth collaboration with director Trivikram Srinivas, after blockbuster outings Julayi, S/o Sathyamoorthy, and Ala Vaikunthapuraamuloo. You can revisit Julayi in both Amazon Prime Video and Disney+ Hotstar. S/o Sathyamoorthy is currently available for streaming on Disney+ Hotstar and Sun NXT. Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, on the other hand, can be watched on Netflix and Sun NXT.
