The film, directed by AR Mohan, is produced by Hasya Movies in collaboration with ZEE Studios
Allari Naresh has carved his niche in the comedy genre all through his career but the actor has been careful with his choices after scoring a major success like Maharshi, where he teamed up with Mahesh Babu. The fact that he took a major gamble with a full-on serious film Naandhi and even pulled it off as a performer and earned a commercial hit speaks volumes of his conviction in strong scripts. Even after Naandhi, Naresh has exercised an element of caution and took nearly a year to sign his next. His new film to be directed by AR Mohan went on floors yesterday.
Anandhi, who has enjoyed a lot of popularity in Tamil cinema over the years and won the appreciation Telugu crowds with her performance in Sridevi Soda Centre recently, has been paired alongside the Naandhi actor the film. Rajesh Danda is producing the film under Hasya Movies in collaboration with ZEE Studios.
