We know that Poacher is an upcoming investigative crime series inspired by true events, shedding light on the rampant issue of ivory poaching in India. The narrative revolves around forest officials who unearth an ivory poaching syndicate. Created by Richie Mehta, the series features a talented ensemble cast including Nimisha Sajayan, Roshan Mathew, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Kani Kusruti, Ranjitha Menon, and Maala Parvathi. The first three episodes premiered at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival, with the full series slated for release on Amazon Prime Video on February 23, 2024. Notably, superstar Alia Bhatt is producing the series under her banner Eternal Sunshine.
