The Bachchhan Paandey actor shared that he doesn't say no to any kind of work, "Kaisa bhi role ho, kaisa bhi function ho, kisi bhi cheez ki ad karni ho"

Akshay Kumar is one of the busiest stars in the country. The actor, who was recently seen in Bachchhan Paandey along with Kriti Sanon, Jacqueline Fernandez and Arshad Warsi got candid in an interview with the Hindustan Times and spoke at lentgh about why he never says 'no' to any kind of work that is offered to him.
Whether it's about doing biopics or films based on real life events (Airlift, Rustom, Padman, Gold etc), taking up films with a socially relevant cause (Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, Good Newwz) or even with the huge number of brand endorsements - Akshay Kumar does it all. The actor has rarely taken a hiatus and has been working in back-to-back projects without stopping for years now.
In this context, when the actor was quizzed by HT on whether he's set any limitations for himself, Akshay responded by saying that in his entire life he has understood three basic words - "Kaam, Kamaayi aur Karm. Main jee jaan laga ke kaam karta hoon." He shared that he tries to work as much as possible so that he can earn as much as possible. "I don't say no to any work that comes my way - kaisa bhi role ho, kaisa bhi function ho, kisi bhi cheez ki ad karni ho. Kyunki kaam se aati hai kamaayi, aur uss se main koshish karta hoon achhe se achha karm karne ki."
The superstar explained that he wants to work as much as possible to earn the maximum that he can. That in turn enables him to do good karma by associating with noble causes and. He mentioned to the publication that he has been paying the highest income tax consecutively for a number of years now and that he contributed 10% of his remaining income to the causes that he believes in.
The Sooryavanshi star further shared that if he stops doing as much work, or if he starts thinking about doing less work today then that will also affect and impact the noble causes that he is associated with. He concluded by saying that he's a simple man who only understands that one must work to earn and do good karma.
On the work front, Akshay's latest offering Bachchhan Paandey failed to impress the audiences and the critics alike. However, the actor has an impressive line up of projects up his sleeve, inclduing Prithviraj, Raksha Bandhan, Ram Set and OMG 2.
