Akshay Kumar on Prithviraj clashing with Vikram and Major: We can’t stop anybody from releasing their films, right?

June 3, 2022, is a huge day as Adivi Sesh starrer Major Vikram featuring Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi, Fahadh Faasil, and Akshay Kumar's Prithviraj have significant releases on the same day. While Adivi has already spoken out about the box office battle, Akshay expressed his desire that everyone's film succeeds.

During a group media interaction, while promoting Prithviraj the actor said that all the films being released are good. Akshay hopes everyone's film turns out well. He also shared that one can't stop the other from releasing their films. As the business is all connected, the actor hopes every film makes money. The other can not exist in the absence of the other. It is incorrect to believe that we cannot cohabit; they can't survive without us and we can't live without them.

Akshay went on to say that he often emphasises that everyone must be together, but what he sees is that they are not. They frequently discuss division, and nobody talks about coming together, but perhaps they will eventually.

When questioned if this film could be classified as pan-Indian, Akshay replied that he was not sure what was going to happen. He hopes everything goes smoothly; it's crucial for the film business. The actor added that he is crossing his fingers for the film and he has no idea what the term "pan-India" means.

Prithviraj starring Akshay Kumar, is based on the courageous Prithviraj Chauhan's life. The superstar will portray the heroic warrior who bravely fought against Muhammad of Ghor. Sanyogita, King Prithviraj's sweetheart, is played by Manushi Chhillar. Sanjay Dutt and Sonu Sood both star in the film. The film marks the Bollywood debut of the former beauty queen.

On June 3, Prithviraj directed by Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi, will be released not only in Hindi but also in Tamil and Telugu.
