AK62 producers to bankroll Aishwarya Rajesh and Jai's next, Theerakaadhal

The film, directed by Rohin Venkatesan, also stars Sshivada and Vriddhi Vishal

The romantic film, which will be directed by Rohin Venkatesan, also stars Sshivada and child artiste Vriddhi Vishal. The film is bankrolled by Lyca Productions. The production house, which announced yesterday that the first look will be out today, wrote on their social media handle, "Get ready for a tale of "Everlasting Love" Presenting the 1st look of #TheeraKaadhal Directed By @rohinv_v Starring @Actor_Jai @aishu_dil @SshivadaOffcl @VriddhiVishal DOP @NRAVIVARMAN Music @Music_Siddhu Editor @editor_prasanna Art @ramu_thangaraj (sic)."

Rohin Venkatesan had earlier helmed Petromax and Adhe Kangal. In the meantime, fans have already begun comparing the poster of Adhe Kangal with that of Theerakaadhal. The technical team comprises Siddhu Kumar composing the music, Ravi Varman Neelamangalam handling the cinematography and Prasanna in charge of editing . The dialogues for the film have been penned by G R Surendarnath along with the film's director. The post-theatrical rights of the film have already been bagged by Netflix.

Aishwarya Rajesh was last seen in Run Baby Run, in which she played a medical student. Her recent releases also include The Great Indian Kitchen and Driver Jamuna. The actress has a slew of films in her kitty, which includes Mohandas, Soppana Sundari, Theeyavar Kulaigal Nadunga, Idam Porul Yaeval, Farhaana, Dhruva Natchathiram. She also has a few Malayalam films in the pipeline which include Ajayante Randam Moshanam and Pulimada to name a few.

Jai, on the other hand, was last seen in the Sundar C multi-starrer Coffee With Kadhal. The film, in which he shared screen space with a host of actors including Jiiva, Srikanth, Malvika Sharma, Amritha Aiyer, Raiza Wilson and Aishwarya Dutta, tanked at the box office. His other two releases of the year include the action thriller Yenni Thuniga and the period psychological action thriller Pattampoochi.
