Ajith Kumar, who is currently busy with the shooting of Adhik Ravichandran’s Good Bad Ugly, is reportedly planning to take a break from the film for another upcoming project, Vidaamuyarchi.
Ajith Kumar is back to his busy shooting schedule, after completing his dream bike tour in Europe. The popular star of the Tamil film industry is currently busy with the shooting of Good Bad Ugly the upcoming action thriller that marks his first collaboration with director Adhik Ravichandran. However, the recent updates suggest that Ajith Kumar is now planning to take a break from the project, to resume the filming of another highly anticipated project, Vidaamuyarchi.
If the latest reports are to be believed, the delayed final schedule of Vidaamuyarchi, the upcoming Ajith Kumar starrer directed by Magizh Thirumeni, is finally set to begin in Azerbaijan soon. The leading man, who is currently busy with the shooting of the upcoming Adhik Ravichandran directorial in Hyderabad, is expected to join the Vidaamuyarchi team for the pending portions, in a couple of days. The makers are reportedly planning to wrap up the pending portions of the film in a brief schedule. Later, Ajith will return to India and resume shooting for Good Bad Ugly.

The stylish star of Tamil cinema recently had a fun time with his Good Bad Ugly cast and crew members as well as the fans in Hyderabad, during his break time. If the reports are to be believed, Ajith Kumar clicked pictures with around 600 people, including both the unit members and fans, before leaving the sets for the day. Director Adhik Ravichandran, who is in awe of his hero’s loving gesture towards his admirers, shared a picture with Ajith on his social media handles with a caption that reads: “GoodBadUgly Amazed by your dedication & involvement... always grateful sir... Love you my sir...”

According to the recent reports by the Valaipechu YouTube channel, director Magizh Thirumeni, and makers Lyca Productions are keen to have a Deepavali release for Vidaamuyarchi. If things go as planned, the Ajith Kumar starrer might hit the big screens during the final week of October 2024. In that case, the movie will have a clash with Suriya starrer Kanguva and Vetrimaaran directorial Viduthalai Part 2, at the box office. However, a final decision on the release will be made only after the team wraps up the entire filming.
