Aishwarya Rajesh shines in the trailer of Thittam Irandu

The trailer of Aishwarya Rajesh starring Thittam Irandu /Plan B was released yesterday. The movie is set to premiere on July 30, 2021, on SonyLiv. Rajesh stars as a police officer investigating double murders. The trailer reveals that the movie is a crime investigative thriller. There are several other women characters aside from Aishwarya's character.

The trailer ends with the phrase “At times, it’s better if those secrets remain secrets”.

The movie which claims to be based on real events is directed by Vignesh Karthik. The filmmaker shot to fame with his viral short film series Yours Shamefully. He also directed Yenda Thalayile Yenna Vekkala a fantasy comedy movie in 2018.

Aishwarya Rajesh was last seen in Ka Pae Ranasingam in which she played Ariyanachi, a widow who struggles to get back her husband Ranasingam’s (Vijay Sethupathi) corpse from Dubai where he died. The film was well-received and Aishwarya’s performance as the grieving widow and struggling mother was lauded by critics.

Currently, Aishwarya is engaged in multiple projects including remakes of Malayalam movies Ayyappanum Koshiyum and The Great Indian Kitchen.

The first look poster of the film was released by Vijay Sethupati. Music for the movie is composed by Sathish Raghunathan and the cinematography is by Gokul Benoy.
