While some felt she looked beautiful in a golden gown, the rest criticized her look. Nevertheless, the 49-year-old seems to have had a great time at the event. She met several International celebrities, including Kendall Jenner.

Having said that, Aishwarya's niece, Navya Naveli Nanda, also made her debut at the Paris Fashion Week. Shweta Bachchan Nanda and Jaya Bachchan cheered for the young girl as she walked the ramp.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is yet to make an official announcement about her upcoming movie. The actress was last seen in Ponniyin Selvan 2. Both installments of Ponniyin Selvan were helmed by celebrated filmmaker Mani Ratnam.

Rai made her Hindi film debut with Rahul Rawail's Aur Pyar Ho Gaya. She featured in the movie with Bobby Deol. It was released in the year 1997.

On the personal front

Aishwarya got married to Abhishek Bachchan in the year 2007. They became proud parents to daughter Aaradhya on November 16, 2011.
