Ahead of Sherni trailer release, Amazon Prime Video drops another intense poster of Vidya Balan

The Vidya Balan-starrer will release in June 2021,

Amazon Prime Video released an interesting teaser of Vidya Balan’s Sherni on May 31, after releasing its first poster last week. The OTT giant has dropped yet another poster of the film on June 1 announcing the trailer release date. The digital streaming platform shared on Twitter, “reminder: #SherniTrailer arrives tomorrow at 12 pm! Meet the #SherniOnPrime, June 2021,” and also tagged all the main cast and crew from the film including the lead protagonist Vidya Balan with the producer Bhushan Kumar and the director Amit Masurkar among others. The official synopsis of the film reads, “An upright Forest Officer who strives for balance in a world of man-animal conflict while she also seeks her true calling in a hostile environment.”

Last month, the Mission Mangal actress informed her fans about her character from Sherni with a post on her social media pages. She captioned it writing: "Fearless as she steps out into the world! Happy to announce my latest film Sherni."

Sherni, also starring Vijay Raaz, Neeraj Kabi, Ila Arun, Sharat Saxena and Brijendra Kala will exclusively premiere on Amazon Prime Video in June 2021.
