Ajay Devgn has shared the new poster for Maidaan. The trailer for his upcoming movie will be released on March 7, 2024.

Ajay Devgn has multiple films lined up for release this year. The actor's film Shaitaan will hit the silver screen on March 8. And a month later, his new movie, Maidaan, will be released in cinemas. The Maidaan trailer will be released on March 7 and ahead of that, Ajay has shared the new poster for his film, which will narrate an 'extraordinary story'. In the new glimpse, Ajay, as a football coach, shares an emotional moment with his team members.

Ajay Devgn's new Maidaan poster is out!

Maidaan, directed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma, stars Ajay Devgn as football coach Syed Abdul Rahim, who revolutionised the sport in India. While sharing the new poster of Maidaan on his Instagram handle, Ajay captioned his IG post, "Witness an extraordinary story of a man, a team, a nation, and the unwavering belief that left an indelible mark on the history of Football! Meanwhile, the grand trailer launch of Maidaan is expected to be held on March 7, 2024. The buzz is that it will be attached to Shaitaan. Hence, the audience will be able to enjoy the Maidaan trailer while watching the Vikas Bahl directorial on the silver screen.

Maidaan's star cast and more

Speaking about the film's star cast, it includes Priyamani as Syed Abdul Rahim's wife. Gajraj Rao and Rudranil Ghosh also have pivotal roles to play in Maidaan. The screenplay for the movie has been written by Saiwyn Quadras. On the other hand, Amit Sharma, Aman Rai, Atul Shahi, Ritesh Shah, and Siddhant Mago have penned the dialogues for Ajay's film.

Maidaan has been collectively bankrolled by Zee Studios, Boney Kapoor, Arunava Joy Sengupta, and Akash Chawla. It is set for a theatrical release on Eid 2024. However, Maidaan will clash with Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff's Bade Miyan Chote Miyan at the box office. Helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film will be released on the same day.
