Agatha All Along is derived from the quite popular song from WandaVision which was also nominated at the Grammy’s in the year it was released.
The excitement to now see the new face of the Marvel Cinematic Universe after what felt like a century is immense. Ever since the studio has taken some very bold decisions and reshuffled its entire calendar for 2024 and the future to reflect quantity over quality, everyone is curious to know what the studio does next. However, the streaming calendar for 2024 is longer than the film, and it turns out one of the most anticipated Disney+ X Marvel shows has now undergone a fourth title change and we are talking about Agatha: Darkhold Diaries.
Centred around Agatha, the witch who was introduced in Elizabeth Olsen-led WandaVision, Agatha: Darkhold Diaries has now been renamed Agatha All Along. Yes, you read that right. The easiest and most conveniently catchy title that the studio kept ignoring is probably now mostly the final title for the show. A viral scooper has confirmed the same on X (formerly called Twitter). The post read, “‘AGATHA ALL ALONG’ will reportedly be the final title for the #WandaVision spin-off series. It’s currently titled ‘Agatha: Darkhold Diaries’”
This is the third title change and the fourth title the show has had so far since it was announced. As per a Comic Book Movie report, if this is the final confirmed title for the show, the makers might churn out a teaser for the same soon. The show has been in the making for a long time now.

Agatha All Along
The latest title is derived from the popular song from WandaVision that took the audience by storm, revealed Agatha’s real intentions and was even surrounded by Grammy buzz. Agatha All Along, aka Darkhold Diaries, will be created by writer and executive producer Jac Schaeffer. He will also be directing some episodes with Gandja Monteiro (Wednesday; The Chi) and Rachel Goldberg (Cloak & Dagger; Mayans M.C.).
About Agatha All Along:
Starring Kathryn Hahn, Agatha All Along will also star Ali Ahn, Patti LuPone, Sasheer Zamata, Aubrey Plaza, and Joe Locke, who is believed to be playing Wiccan. The official synopsis for the first episode reads, "In the first episode, we see Agatha finally break out of a spell she has been trapped in. She can’t wait to go back to her old murderous ways, only to find that she is powerless. The only way forward for her is to embark on a perilous quest to get her powers back with the help of an unlikely friend or two."
Agatha: Darkhold Diaries, aka Agatha All Along, was originally set for an October 2024 release but the SAG-AFTRA strikes pushed the work on the show and it doesn’t seem like the show will meet the deadline. Stay tuned to OTTplay for more on this and everything else in the world of streaming and films.
